17 students achieve Ohio Seal of Biliteracy

The Beachwood Board of Education recently honored 17 high school students and recent graduates for achieving the Ohio Seal of Biliteracy. The prestigious award goes to students who demonstrate high levels of proficiency in English and at least one other language. Eligibility is based upon students’ performance on Ohio state tests for English language arts and qualifying foreign language proficiency examinations.
