This week’s Bison Staff Spotlight is Lauren Broderick, Interim Administrator–Pupil Services. Ms. Broderick will be retiring this year after 30 years of dedicated service in the field of education. She has served for the past 18 years as the Director of Pupil Services in Beachwood City Schools. In this role, she has led a successful department of talented special education teachers, therapists, psychologists and support staff with a reputation for providing top quality, individualized services and programs.
“This could only be accomplished through the collective efforts of everyone in my department and our shared vision to place a priority on high-quality inclusive practices, close working relationships with parents and community partners, and a strong commitment to educational excellence for all children,” said Ms. Broderick.
Ms. Broderick is known for her heart of gold, strong leadership and dedication to ensuring all students reach their full potential. She began her career as a special education teacher before advancing into educational leadership as an elementary principal in the Cardinal Local School District.
