Our Bison Staff Spotlight this week features High School Custodian Cameron Ritter. He has been a dedicated and smiling presence in the District for 24 years. Mr. Ritter’s work ethic has been recognized with the prestigious Crystal Apple staff award and a nomination for the Beachwood Hometown Heroes.
Colleagues praise Mr. Ritter for his positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities. “If they need something, I’m always there for them,” commented Mr. Ritter. “I never tell people no.”
A natural people person, Mr. Ritter’s favorite part of working for Beachwood City Schools is the community of students and staff. “We laugh and have a good time,” he said. “It’s a good place to work.”
His greatest joy? Family.
“I’m most proud of my daughter,” he said. “She’s a good person and a hard worker.”
