New Athletic Ticket Policy

Hello Bison Families,

I hope everyone is enjoying the last few days of summer break. Bison Athletics is very excited about the start of the school year and can't wait to see all of you at our upcoming sporting events. As we start the fall season, we want to provide you with important information regarding tickets for games. We hope that all of you will come out and support and cheer on our Bison student athletes. Your support is critical to our success. This Friday we open the football season v. our cross town rival Orange at 7pm at home. On Saturday, the Bison boys soccer team will host Streetsboro at home starting at 5pm (JV) and 7pm (Varsity). Next week is an action packed week as all of our teams will be competing. To gain access to our schedules click on this link.

For all regular season home games you will need to purchase a ticket for entry. You can purchase tickets by visiting: Select the contest that you want to attend and click "get tickets." Your tickets will be emailed to you once you place your order from the "Beachwood City Schools Box Office." The cost for tickets is $7.00 (which is an increase from last year). These costs are set by the Chagrin Valley Conference. If you are attending a middle school contest, there is no need to obtain tickets.

We will not be accepting cash payment at the games/gate. There will be a QR code available for you to purchase tickets at the gate, via credit card. You can present a paper ticket or an e-ticket when you arrive at our home games. We will be charging for all varsity and junior varsity games.

Senior Citizens (65 and older) will be permitted to enter all home games for free. They must present proof of age upon arrival.

New this year, all high school and middle school students will need to present their student pass at all home regular season games in order to gain access. These passes are free for our students. Instructions for obtaining these student passes will be emailed to your children at their Beachwood Schools email address within the next few days. If they have difficulty obtaining their student pass they should email [email protected]

We encourage all elementary school students to come to our Bison games. They do not need a student pass upon arrival but will need to check in with the ticket gate in order to gain free access to the game.

If you are a Beachwood Athletic Booster member you will get into regular season home contests for free. You can join the Boosters by visiting: Join Beachwood Athletic Boosters Today. Once you purchase a Booster membership within 24-48 hours you will receive an email from the "Beachwood City Schools Box Office" which will provide you with your Booster membership pass. This Boosters membership pass will need to be presented at all regular season home games when you arrive at the pass gate and need to be scanned.

Our Chagrin Valley Conference opponents are also only selling tickets online and not accepting cash at their ticket gates. Therefore, please click on this link of our common CVC opponents and the links to purchase tickets at away games. For non league games, we will try our best to get you ticketing information prior to the contest. If we do not provide you with this ticket information I would suggest looking on the opponents athletic department website.

While on Beachwood City School outdoor property we ask that all spectators wear a face covering/mask while they are in close proximity to one another. If you are attending an indoor contest, spectators are required to wear a mask. We appreciate your cooperation in enforcing this school policy. Each school that we compete againt may have different policies and we must adhere to their policies while on their school grounds.
