Food Service Program

Beachwood City Schools will offer Free Lunch and Free Take Home Breakfast to all students.

On August 31, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) extended nationwide waivers permitting us to offer free breakfast, lunch and weekend meals to all students.

How does the program work?
During this unprecedented school year, we will provide a limited lunch menu that is subject to change due to supply and demand. We will offer cold menu items
only, prepackaged in disposables.

Bryden & Hilltop Schools
Students will order lunches in the morning and they will be delivered to their classrooms.
On Thursday mornings, students can order a breakfast bag for the week that will be sent home with them at the end of the day.
On Friday mornings, students can order a weekend bag of two lunches that will be sent home with them at the end of the day.

Middle School & High Schools
Group 1(AM) & Group 2(PM)
Bagged Lunches & Breakfast is available to take home at the end of a student's day before they leave the school to go home or to an afternoon practice.
Mondays & Thursdays - 1 meal bag each day, inc. breakfast
Tuesdays - 2 meal bags, inc. breakfasts
Fridays - 3 meal bags, inc. breakfasts

Remote Learning Only or if School Closes Again
All students or parents can pick up meals at the High School Shakercrest entrance for all grades. There will be curbside pickup outside the back doors.
12:35 pm - 1:00 pm
Mondays - 3 meal bags, inc. breakfasts
Thursdays - 4 meal bags, inc. breakfasts
When the Holiday falls on a Monday or Thursday pickup will be on the following days.

Payments & Free/Reduced Forms
Lunches and breakfasts are FREE through December 31, 2020.  
If purchasing just milk it will cost $.50. Beachwood will not accept cash for milk payments. All payments are to be made online on Infinite Campus. Please continue to complete free and reduced forms as usual as the FREE lunch/breakfast program is currently only available until Dec. 31, 2020.
