Important 22-23 Food Service Information
During the last school year, children and families benefited from no-cost school meals for all students, made possible by special permission from the United States Department of Agriculture. Unfortunately, these permissions have expired. Beachwood City School District and the Ohio Department of Education cannot extend the permissions for no-cost meals for all students.
School meals will still be available to all students; however, they will not be free to all students. Households may apply for free or reduced-price meal benefits by Year September 29, 2022 applications are available online Infinite Campus the same as was done before the pandemic. Eligibility for free and reduced-price lunch is based on federal income guidelines or participation in other programs such as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and Ohio Works First. Bryden & Hilltop Schools
Parents must Pre order lunch a week in advance on Infinite Campus or students will be offered an alternative meal option if no pre order has been selected. Students will be using pin pads and enter their student ID's to purchase lunch.
Middle School & High Schools
Students can purchase A La Carte items in the cafeterias. Many additional items for purchase include lunch options, beverages, snacks, full salad bar and feature items.
School Lunch Program
Beachwood City Schools follows the National School Lunch Program, which consists of five components: 1) Meat/Meat Alternative; 2) Grain; 3) Fruit; 4) Vegetable; and 5) Milk. Students must take three of the five components, one of which must be a fruit or vegetable. Fresh fruits and vegetables selections are offered daily at all schools. All items sold meet the USDA Nutritional Standards for "All Foods Sold in Schools".

Lunch and milk prices are approved annually by the Beachwood Board of Education.
Bryden & Hilltop: $3.25
BMS & BHS: $3.50
Lactose-free milk is available upon request
Student Lunch Accounts & Payments
We use Infinite Campus to make online payments, check balances to view your student's transactions. We accept cash in all schools; no change is given at the Elementary Schools. We do not accept checks. Funds are required to be available on your students lunch account prior to making a purchase. CLICK HERE to login to Infinite Campus. Beachwood City School does not permit negative-balance accounts or provide credit. In the cafeterias your student uses their ID# to key in a pin pad for lunch purchase. At Bryden we provide cards to scan for purchases.
