Neurodiversity Family Network

Mission Statement

Foster a school and community culture in Beachwood that recognizes, values, and embraces differences in how people think, learn, and communicate. 

We aim to: 

  • Educate our community on neurodivergence; 
  • Foster collaboration between Beachwood families and BCSD to meet all students’ needs and build upon all students’ strengths; 
  • Connect and support caregivers of neurodivergent students; and 
  • Celebrate neurodiversity in Beachwood.

In addition to the above events, we will also continue hosting monthly peer-led support groups, and we're in early stages of planning some NDFN birthday socials. So, stay tuned for more on those!

How to Donate

Your tax deductible donations are always appreciated. Please make checks out to "Beachwood City School District", indicating "Neurodiversity Group" in the memo section. Mail checks to Beachwood Board of Education, 24601 Fairmount Blvd, Beachwood, OH 44122.

To donate online:

Log in to Infinite Campus (click "New User" if you don't already have an account). Select "School Store" from the main menu; Click on any "School Store"; Select "Community Store", then "Neurodiversity Family Network". Under "Recipient", select your name. Under "Price", enter your donation amount. In the "Comments " section, enter your full name and address. If you wish to make an anonymous donation, please let us know in the comment box.
