Three Cross Country Student-Athletes Qualify for State Championships
BEACHWOOD, OH - Congratulations to Beachwood High School cross country student-athletes Junbo Wang, Meena Abdul-Basser, and Sasha Kheyfets who qualified for the OHSAA Division III Cross Country State Championship meet.
The state meet is on Saturday, November 1, at Fortress Obetz & Memorial Park. The girls race begins at 11:50 a.m. and the boys race starts at 12:30 p.m. Wang qualified for the state meet after placing 22nd at regionals over the weekend, while Kheyfets finished 14th, and Abdul-Basser was 19th to earn their spots at states.
