“Aaron’s experience working across elementary and middle school buildings and his ability to partner effectively with staff and families make him an excellent fit for our district,” Superintendent Robert Hardis said. “His student-centered approach, desire to learn and grow, ability to partner effectively with staff and families, experience working across elementary and middle school buildings, and expertise in the varied ways students learn are important strengths that will benefit our students, staff, and our district as a whole.”

In addition to his work in the classroom and school administration, Brown has coached football, wrestling, track, and baseball at the middle school and high school levels. Brown earned his undergraduate degree from Notre Dame College in 2013 and his Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education in 2022.
