2017 Beachwood HS ACT Results

In 2017, more Beachwood High School Seniors took the ACT than ever before. We are proud of our students' results and appreciate our staff's work preparing them. The average Beachwood High School composite ACT score in 2017 was 25.2. In every subject area tested (English, Reading, Mathematics, and Science), our students' average scores increased over those from the past two years with approximately 90% of the class taking the exam.

Strong ACT scores open up new college opportunities for students. We are excited to see what paths Beachwood's Class of 2018 will take! For parents of current Juniors and Seniors, please watch for information about the ACT tutoring programs the district is making available to your kids. The ACT Bootcamp is scheduled for September 16-17 and September 23-24. This tutoring has proven to help students increase their scores and is a great supplement to the preparation our teachers provide in the academic content areas.
