Welcome to the Beachwood City School District.
In order for us to enroll your child(ren) into our school(s), you will need to complete the following four steps of paperwork:
STEP 1. - Fill out your child's enrollment forms below:
STEP 2. - At the time of registration, you will also need to provide us with:

STEP 3. - The Beachwood Board of Education requires that proof of residency be obtained from all families registering their child(ren). Please bring the following information with you to your appointment:

Two of the following: |
- Mortgage deed
- Purchase agreement
- Rental/lease agreement

- Tax return/bill/statement
- Voter registration
- Utility bills (water/sewer, electric, gas, phone-land line only)

STEP 4. - Fill out and turn in Health-Related Forms (if applicable)
At the time of registration you will also need to submit any health-related forms (such as administration of medication) for your child. Please visit the Health Services page for additional information and to download the forms.
