"Give me Five" In order to be a good listener you need to remember 5 things... 1. Look at the person 2. Ears are listening 3. Mouths are closed (quiet) 4. Hands and Feet to yourself 5. Raise a quiet hand to speak Manners -Saying "please" and "thank-you" -Looking at the person you are talking to -Wait your turn Disagreement with a Friend -Say, "You're making me mad." -Take deep breaths -Choose to tell a grown-up or play with another friend Staying Healthy in School -Cover your cough with your elbow. -Wash your hands -Use a tissue
