National Recognition for Beachwood High School

On Wednesday, Aug. 19, Beachwood High School was recognized by Newsweek in its annual ranking "America's Top High Schools." We are proud to be among the top 500 high schools out of more than 26,000 schools across the United States and, in particular, proud to be among the top few in the Cleveland-area. Newsweek ranks schools on a broad range of criteria in an effort to identify schools that excel at preparing students for college and overcoming obstacles presented by socioeconomic inequalities.

Beachwood City School District appreciates this recognition of our High School's achievements. It is one of many measures of the hard work of our students, faculty and staff, as well as the commitment of our parents and broader community to education.
